This site is made with Dreamweaver 4, read my review of it here. The design has these aims:

• Easy Navigation - each review has an archive of reviews on the left and a nav bar at the top.
• Low File Size - most pages are less than 25kb.
• Easy to read - it features Verdana at a default size of 10pt - research shows this to be the easiest to read and read at speed. These pages (About pages) are made with Tahoma - the second to Verdana.
• Easy to update with reviews - the page uses Templates to write reviews, with fillable in fields on the page so I can simply select "New Template" and enter the page with separate editable regions so I can add my review without formatting. The home page is updated manually
• Low image download sizes - the head logo is separated into sections with less than 4Kb sections in four sections. The images on the pages are of a low file size. The design uses minimal picture piecies as the design.

Using templates I can edit specific elements and write reviews fast.

Images:

I use a Epson Perfection 640U scanner to scan the covers and the discs. To get screen shots of the movies I scan the images on the back of the cover.
